Orion,
I feel like Hicks saying this... 1 month... Wussy.
hahahahaha, try 15 months.
It was the worst torture in California, from June 2002 to late October 2003. The dry spell was nasty. I lost $$$$, big time.
To much comp. out here.

one month is long when you live check to check and have a mortgage and bills. 15 months is crazy! at that point i'd take a job just to take one.
so currently i have my day design job and do freelance on the side.

so out of work 15 months? that is harsh though man. i'm glad you bounced back. being unemployed sux. i hear people at work saying all the time they wish they were fired so they could collect unemployment. i can't see how they say that? we don't get much for unemployment here and you can't live off of it.

Yes and you are partly paying for it with your tax money. The ex company pays the other half. My 2 cents... like you can stop me It's never enough and runs out after 6 months.... time to sell stuff? I always asked why a pool? If I worked for 100 years should I not be supported in unemployment and old age? Your thoughts? - Rod

Hang in there Rod! Don't get down about your job. Life is more important than that. But I'm like you, I'm sick of having to get a new job every couple years.
