I dunno about United States of Russia - Having your stuff confiscated at customs for no reason is heading towards hearing "Ihre Papiere, bitte!" at checkpoints everywhere. So maybe "welcome to the fourth reich" would be a better greeting for American airports.

Considering the amount of nazi intelligensia that moved to both Russia and America during the operation paperclip era it's no wonder Russia and America have ended up like this.
